To cater for the differing needs of our customers, we split our business into two distinctive groups – ‘After Market’ and ‘Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEMs).
‘After Market’ customers
No matter where you are in the world, no matter what you drive, if you need to fit additional mandatory or auxiliary lighting to your vehicle, Britax PMG Ltd has the solution. Our ‘After Market’ products can be retrospectively fitted to many different types of vehicle. For example, our latest range of LED lightbars and beacons has been developed to complement the latest designs from many of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers.
Our ‘After Market’ products are distributed via a network of independent distributors as well as wholly owned Ecco Safety Group distribution companies in Australia, China, France, Germany and the United States. Our ‘After Market’ customers range in size, from small independent wholesalers to large distributors with multiple outlets.
Original Equipment Manufacturers
Britax PMG Ltd is proud to have a long-standing relationship with some of the worlds leading blue chip equipment manufacturers including; AGCO (Massey Ferguson), Case New Holland (CNH), Caterpillar, JCB, John Deere, Komatsu, and Volvo. We also supply many smaller independent coachbuilders and manufacturers of a wide range of specialist vehicles (including refuse vehicles, site dumpers, aircraft tugs, trailers and caravans). The quality of our products and long standing relationships (in some cases over 40 years) are testament to our drive to not only meet, but exceed customer expectations, and demonstrate a proven track record. Every one of our OEM customers has very different needs and we strive to offer the very best service levels at all times. Whether it is the development of a new bespoke product or the supply of an existing product, we are here to help, and our engineering teams work closely with their OEM counterparts.
Challenging conventional thinking
Our philosophy is to be proactive rather than reactive, and we will regularly challenge conventional thinking. We are great innovators and encourage creativity at all times (we are constantly refreshing our product range and developing new products). When given a challenging design brief we like to offer new ideas and put forward suggestions that the customer has not even thought of, resulting in a more effective and efficient product. With nearly seventy years experience in the industry we have a good knowledge of what works (and what doesn’t) and we are easily able to respond to the most demanding of customer requirements (in fact we relish a challenge).
